| Production and Shipping Time | Our products are made to order. Production typically takes 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but generally takes 4-6 business days after production is complete. These are estimates, and delays may occur. |
| Shipping Costs | Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. |
| International Shipping | We ship worldwide. Normally there are no customs charges as we endeavour to ship all orders nationally. However, in exceptional cases, international shipments may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These costs are not included in the shipping costs. |
| Shipping Confirmation and Tracking | Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. |
| Address Accuracy | Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses will be the responsibility of the customer. |
| Order Changes and Cancellations | Contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the production has not started. Once production has begun, we cannot accept changes or cancellations. |
| Damaged or Lost Packages | If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with photos of any damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary. |
